Cookie Policy

Which cookies this website uses, what each one is for and how to manage them. Last reviewed in October 2026.

1. What a cookie is

A small file that a website stores in your browser so it can remember something from one page to the next, or from one visit to the next: the language you chose, for example.

2. What this site uses

Cookies of two kinds: the ones the site needs in order to work or to remember your preferences, and two for analytics. There are no advertising cookies here.

3. Technical and preference cookies

  • frontend_lang — remembers whether you are reading the site in Spanish or in English.
  • tz — your time zone, so dates and times are shown correctly.
  • A session cookie and a visitor identifier, set by Odoo, the platform this website runs on. Your browser does not expose them to scripts. They keep your session open and let us count visits without identifying you.

These are needed for the site to work, so they cannot be switched off from this page. You can delete them from your browser.

4. Analytics cookies

  • _ga — tells one visitor apart from another. Set by Google Analytics. Lasts two years.
  • _ga_7S05V47FZC — holds the session state for our Google Analytics property.

These two load only if you accept them in the cookie banner. We use them to know which pages are read and which are not. They do not tell us who you are, and we do not try to find out.

5. Who receives the data

The analytics cookies are set by Google, which processes that data as our provider. The rest stay between your browser and this site. We do not sell this data, we do not trade it and we do not hand it to advertisers.

6. How to manage or delete them

Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies from its own settings, under privacy or site data. If you block the technical ones, parts of the site stop working properly — the language may not stay, for instance. If you block only the analytics ones, the site behaves exactly the same.

7. Changes to this policy

If the cookies this site uses change, this page changes with them. The date at the top says when it was last reviewed.
